I would skip Truman Capote's iconic work. It is in Kansas, but it's certainly not a feel good, uplifting narrative. 🤪🤣😝

I hadn’t heard of this book but sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing your Kansas photos. I think our state is beautiful but in a ‘you have to know it to love it kind of way.’ Hope you enjoyed your stay!
