I am also a longtime Marian Keyes fan! She’s a brilliant storyteller with a wit and arsenal of Irish-isms that provide ballast for real stuff. The Walsh family’s view of the world is one-of-a-kind (really-what’s one to do with a feathery stroker?) And I agree-very re-readable! Again, Rachel may be my favorite
Thank you for the timeline of Marian Keyes books! I loved "Grown Ups" but must've picked up an earlier book after that because it was a different age group and not quite what I was looking for. I shall try again!

A feathery stroker!!!!
You are a real one indeed, hahahahaha. My favorite is Anybody Out There (Anna's first story)
I love this! What fantastic things you are teaching and modeling. As for Marian Keyes…I obviously need to pick up her books!
She's an Irish author so I feel like she'd not quite as well known in the USA. If you do audio, I'd highly recommend going that way :)

Yeah, her earlier books are closer to (nonexistent?) the New Adult genre.
A lovely post, Jenna. I especially enjoyed the description of the class and your amazing students. They are lucky to have you as their teacher.
Aw thanks! I love them :)
I saw Legally Blonde yesterday. What an amazing show!
Yay! I'm glad you liked it. My kids are still singing the "OMG" song
Irish accents are also why I listen to Tana French books. Now I'll have to give Marian Keyes a try.
And I'll have to give Tana French a try! I see her books everywhere but I've never read one (or listened to one)
